I Luke, I must use dairy free as well, I added vanilla that has alcohol in mine and even a drop of Vodka if needed. That did the trick for me. I also use soy milk powder or coconut powder in the recipe that helps soak up the water content and ice crystals along with tara and guar gum. Using the scoopulator calc has helped me a lot.]]></description>
